Refund Policy

• You can cancel future renewals of a subscription at any time.
• Your access and monthly credit grants remain available until the end of the current paid period.
• Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the active period except where required by law.

• Purchased credits are linked to your account and do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits are consumed by AI actions (stories, scene analysis, image generation and similar features).
• The credit cost of an action is shown before you generate, so you always know what an action costs.
• Unused credits from a purchase may be eligible for refund on request, reviewed individually.

If a generation fails on our side after charging, the credits are automatically refunded to your wallet. If a generation completes successfully but you are unhappy with the creative result, contact us and we will review the request individually.

• Failed payments: if your payment failed but money was taken, contact us and we will resolve or refund it.
• Duplicate payments: accidental duplicate charges are refunded in full after verification.
• Unauthorized payments: if you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us immediately.
• Account issues: if credits or a plan did not activate after a successful payment, we will credit your account manually after verification.

Email hello@kivawrite.com from your account email with your purchase date and the payment reference if you have it. Refund requests are reviewed individually, and approved refunds are issued through the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your region.
